Opening Times

Should you require it, we will endeavour to book you a treatment out of normal hours if at all possible. Please note - we always endeavour to run to schedule; your punctuality is also appreciated.

Treatment Packages

We have a range of treatment packages already put together, but if you wish to make up your own treatment package we will do our best to guide you. Just let us know the occasion and what treatments you require, and we will put it together for you.

Cancellations

Please try to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellations, to allow us to offer your appointment to a client on our waiting list. A cancellation charge of 50% may be imposed if 24 hours is not given.

Gift Vouchers Available

It's a brilliant way to say 'Thank You', 'Happy Birthday', 'Congratulations' or 'Best Wishes' - you can choose from a selection of products and treatments.

It is necessary to present gift vouchers on arrival to validate your treatment. Please remember that vouchers are valid for 3 months and are non-transferable. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or cash! Change will be given in voucher form or credited to your account.

Parents with Children

Although we encourage children into the salon, in the interest of safety for both your child and our members of staff, please keep running around to a bare minimum. Also, due to relaxation treatments in progress, please keep the noise level down. Thank you for your co-operation.
